Event Management

We provide a range of support services to ensure that events are successfully managed from the initial enquiry to the event itself.

This includes a dedicated team that will match your individual requirements to the right venue, and event co-ordinators who are on hand in the run up to the event and on the day. We also provide audio-visual support during your event.

In addition we also offer a range of additional services tailored to meet your individual requirements and include:

• Secure online registration
• Processing registrations and payments
• Issuing registration confirmations
• Issuing joining instructions
• Providing delegate information for venues
• Printing badges
• Staffing registration desk during the event
• Co-ordinate accommodation bookings
